A Kenyan publisher, since 2015
Spear Sharp Limited, trading as Spear Sharp Education, publishes learning materials for Kenyan schools, from Pre-Primary to Senior School.
Spear Sharp Limited was registered in May 2015 as an educational publisher dedicated to quality learning materials for Kenyan schools. We began with early childhood books and KCSE revision materials.
In 2017, as Kenya moved to the Competency-Based Curriculum, we set out to build complete CBC series aligned with KICD guidelines. Today the catalogue runs from ECDE skills books and graded readers to Senior School course books and setbooks.
In 2024 we won the national tender to supply Grade 8 Agriculture textbooks to schools across the country.
To provide quality, accessible, curriculum-aligned materials that inspire excellence and support the holistic development of learners across Kenya and East Africa.
To be East Africa’s leading publisher of innovative educational content that transforms learning and empowers the next generation of leaders.
